Exchange and Return policy

 If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we have a simple return and exchange policy.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, free of odor/stains, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.Please note that any item that shows signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@unboundofficial.com with your:

  • order number
  • the item you wish to return or exchange
  • and the reason for your request.

Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

Exchanges and returns are limited to domestic orders only and are not applicable to international orders.

    Return Policy

    Eligibility for Returns
    1. Condition of Items: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    2. Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
    Return Process
    1. Request a Return:
      • Contact our customer service team via email at support@unboundofficial.com or submit your request online to initiate a return.
      • Provide your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Approval:
      • Our team will review your request  within 1-2 business days and, if approved, provide you with instructions for preparing your return package.
    3. Prepare Your Return Package:
      • Securely pack the items in the original packaging.
      • Include the original invoice and the Return Authorization Number (RAN) inside the package.
    4. Return Collection:
      • A return package collection fee of 15 AED will apply.
      • Our courier partner will contact you to arrange the collection of your return package at your convenience.
    Refunds
    • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
    • Deductions:
      • The return package collection fee of 15 AED will be deducted from your refund amount.
      • Bank charges may also be deducted depending on your bank.

    Exchanges

    • Free Exchange: Your first exchange is completely free.
    • Subsequent Exchanges: For any exchanges beyond the first one, standard charges will apply. Please contact our customer service team for details.
    Non-Returnable Items
    • Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Faulty item policy

    We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item, which seems to have tear/ stain/ defects please follow the steps below:

    1. Contact us at support@unboundofficial.com within 14 days of receiving the item, and provide us with your order number, the item details, and a description of the
    2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
    3. We may request photos or additional information about the faulty item to help us determine the cause of the fault.
    4. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or a refund, including any shipping costs associated with returning the item.
    5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

    Please note that any items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt, and if we determine that the fault is instead due to the misuse with major wear and tear, or neglect, we may not be able to accept the return or offer a replacement or refund.
